PANDORA is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage cross functional business projects that ensure continuous development of PANDORA’s end-to-end value chain starting from jewellery manufacturing in Thailand to retail execution in 100 countries across the world. 
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are capable of balancing between conceptual thinking and project execution and don’t mind working at an operational level. 
The team:
Group Operations Development consists of a dedicated and competent project team. The department is anchored in PANDORA’s Group Operations unit which also includes Group Manufacturing, Group Supply Chain, Group Procurement and Group Quality Assurance.  
The Group Operations Development team is responsible for designing and implementing different cross functional projects across PANDORA’s vertically integrated value chain in close collaboration with key stakeholders from Group Operations and other functions, such as Product Management, Retail marketing, Finance, IT and our Regions. 
Over the past years the team has been leading a wide range of different projects, such as consolidation of jewellery warehouse operations in Europe, new product process design and implementation, innovation process design & implementation, jewellery engraving projects, support on implementation of an advanced planning system, implementation of an on-line B2B order management solution, work-shop facilitations, strategy support and much more.
Job Description:
As Project Manager in Group Operations Development you will be responsible for managing and delivering a number of assigned projects. Ability to understand the business and our internal and external customer needs is key. In addition, you are strong at networking and creating relations across the organization. 
Main responsibilities:
  • Project management including scoping and business case building (Excel)
  • Lead and facilitate work-shops, project team and steering committee meetings
  • Project presentations to different stakeholders and levels in the organization

Additional information:
Job start: 1 June 2018
Travel:  Approximately 25 days per year in Europe, Asia and US, with duration depending on the assigned project.
Professional qualifications:
  • Master degree or similar level of education (could be within Supply Chain Management) 
  • Project management certifications
  • 3-4 years working experience within Global Operations, Supply Chain, Operations IT
  • Strong business acumen and broad experience with end to end value chain thinking
  • You have led cross functional business improvement projects
  • Experience from working in an international environment
  • Experience from retail or mass manufacturing industry is an advantage 
Personal qualifications:
  • Ambitious and strong project leader with a team player instinct and humility
  • Strong presentation skills verbally and written (Power Point, Think-Cell)
  • Strong interpersonal and communicative skills (Extrovert personality)
  • Flair and interest in financial targets incl. building business cases (Excel)
  • Fluent in English, oral and written
  • Structured approach with logical mind-set and analytical thinking
