The Operations Applications Manager is part of Application Maintenance & Support team and ensures high quality operational systems support to Pandora business functions.The Retail Applications Manager is part of Application Maintenance & Support team and ensures high quality operational systems support to Pandora business functions.He/ she is responsible for the IT support model and ensuring operational system availability for the assigned applications, to ensure transition from “Build” to “Run” and support one or more related to other Applications, and to engage with end users and vendors to manage the processes in the resolution of incidents.

Essential Functions:

Manage the maintenance and support related to the application’s upcoming developments, upgrades and/or minor enhancements

Providing application management services on your assigned business applications - from 1st level to 3rd level support, maintenance, and gatekeeper on the handover of the development, upgrades or changes to operations

Close cooperation with Pandora IT colleagues and suppliers on the deliveries to the business

Working closely with all business and IT stakeholders in driving continual service improvements of the AMS processes.

Ensure that when Projects are delivered to Operations, the process is smooth, trouble-free and done at an agreed and acceptable level of quality

Work closely with projects and business implementation teams to ensure smooth implementation and rollout of the systems

Monitor SLA adherence for a few selected suppliers providing support

Project management of smaller projects and participation in larger projects

Process optimization and systems documentation

Being part of the Application Management team and acting as backup for your colleagues

Something About You:

Bachelors degree in IT or related field

Minimum 3+ years of experience working as Application Manager and preferable in an international environment

Must have ITIL V3 Foundation Certificate

Experience working with service desk services and other 3rd party vendors providing support services

Experience with supporting Applications within business functional area

Project coordination or management skills at a level to smoothly interact in the IT projects

Demonstrate the ability to independently determine approach to work, and provide a detailed review of completed work for accuracy and efficiency

A dynamic profile with a result-oriented approach to work and an ability to motivate others to deliver results

Strategic and critical thinking skills

Flexibility and ability to effectively handle multiple priorities and assignments

Problem-solving skills : Diagnostics and problem-solving skills to achieve optimal performance

Business acumen with well-developed in presentation and facilitation skills

Good interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning skills

An international mindset

Travel Required: up to 15%
