REDUCING WATER CONSUMPTION

With a highly efficient recycling system, careful selection of indoor water fixtures and a specially designed water management system, the facility reduces water consumption by 45 %.
HARVESTING RAINWATER

At the facility, we harvest rainwater during the wet season and have used specially selected local plants in green areas that enhance biodiversity and require little water.

THE POWER OF THE SUN

The 8,500 m2 of solar panelling on the roof delivers around 14% of the facility's total energy consumption - the equivalent of powering 700 Thai homes.

THE "HALO" EFFECT

The covered area that runs around the centre of the facility, known as the Halo, uses white paints to create a cool and pleasant environment.
