Creating high-quality jewellery takes passion, care and great attention to detail. Every piece of PANDORA jewellery passes through expert hands as it is transformed from raw material – 14k gold, sterling silver, stones, cultured pearls, Murano glass and enamel – to a beautiful finished piece.
In 1989 our founder Per Enevoldsen and his wife Winnie traveled to Thailand in search of jewellery to bring back to Denmark, and they were struck by the culture and craftsmanship traditions. They opened a small workshop in Bangkok with a handful of employees. The team created a setup that allowed them to scale-up production while keeping quality high and prices affordable, paving the way to PANDORA’s future success.
After producing our own jewellery in Thailand for over 15 years, we celebrated the opening of our first large-scale, fully owned crafting facility in Gemopolis, a jewellery industry in Bangkok. Twelve years later, we are now proud to open our second facility in Lamphun, near Chiang Mai, Northern Thailand.
