Therefore, we are committed to upgrade the skills and competencies of the sales staff in PANDORA’s own stores as well as in the more than 10,300 points of sale operated by our partners.

The backbone of our in-house training academy is made up of 45 experienced trainers offering face-to-face training to the more than 30,000 store staff that serves our customers. Further, we have developed a comprehensive e-learning programme PANDORA on DEMAND designed to build essential skills and knowledge. PANDORA on DEMAND is available 24/7 – currently in 19 languages. All PANDORA staff is trained in our PANDORA Life values our internal management development programmes are designed to ensure that managers live and breathe our three core company values: Pride, Passion and Performance.
