From our office on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, PANDORA Australia manages several markets in the Pacific region – Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands.

In Australia, PANDORA was launched by a local distributor from a garage in Avalon, New South Wales, in 2004. Through her hard work and determination, 40 retailers across Australia started to sell PANDORA jewellery during the first year, and in 2007, we opened our first Australian concept store, in Sydney’s Queen Victoria Building. The PANDORA Group took over the distribution in the Australian market in 2010, around the time when the company was listed on the Copenhagen stock exchange in Denmark. 

Today, Australia is one of PANDORA’s largest markets worldwide. We have an extensive network of concept stores across the region, most of which are franchised, and the remainder are owned and operated by PANDORA. We also distribute to a large number of independent jewellers.

PANDORA Australia currently employs around 300 people with over 20 nationalities represented. Approximately half of our staff are based at our regional office north of Sydney, and the other half work in stores within metropolitan areas throughout Australia. Our workforce covers a range of positions across Sales and Marketing, HR, Merchandising, IT, Finance and Operations.
