PANDORA began manufacturing jewellery in Thailand in 1989 when Per Enevoldsen, PANDORA’s founder and a goldsmith by trade, set up the foundation for the company’s crafting facilities.
In 2003, PANDORA moved the crafting facilities to the Gemopolis industrial estate on the outskirts of Bangkok, and we opened our first large scale, four-storey, fully-owned crafting facility here in 2005. In 2008, a second manufacturing facility was opened in the same area, followed by more facilities over the years, including our Innovation Centre in 2013. Key to product development, the Innovation Centre is where design, scientific research and technical development come together in a state-of-the-art facility.
One of the world’s largest jewellery exporting countries, Thailand has a long tradition of high-quality jewellery production. Here, PANDORA benefits from a strong infrastructure, easy access to raw material suppliers and, most importantly, high-quality craftsmanship by a skilled, passionate workforce.

Today, PANDORA Production Thailand (PPT) employs around 12,000 staff, the majority of whom work on crafting jewellery. Bringing PANDORA's high-quality, modern, genuine jewellery products to life in a cost-effective, fast-to-market way requires the combined contributions of a highly professional team.
With a diverse set of skills and expertise that span managerial, finance, human resources, engineering, IT, design, materials management, quality and other key business support functions, our team works closely with key stakeholders internationally to perform at world-class standards.
