The Ecommerce Business Analyst for the Americas will support the regional marketing team by managing the marketing requirements and IT business deliverables, such as global code deployments/pulls and local market enhancements. They will partner closely with our internal and vendor teams to ensure deliverables meet the business requirements. They will be responsible for maintaining a detailed release schedule that coordinates timing and testing with system integrators and market partners. They will liase closely with the IT Business Analysts who will handle the technical delivery of the projects to ensure marketing objectives are met. The successful candidate will also support the Ecommerce Project Manager as needed. 

Essential Functions: 
• Responsible for managing web development releases, including prioritization of tasks and testing, and outlining a timeframe including the deadlines and anticipated completion dates for stakeholders
• Work with Global IT Business Analyst to understand long-term release calendar for the AME websites and keep IT informed of integrated marketing calendar
• Identify possible issues/risks/actions and clearly communicate them to key stakeholders. Drive issues to logical closure.
• Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment. 
• Think from a customer stand point and infuse customer journey and sentiment into testing and QA  
• Observe, analyze and inform stakeholders of global enhancement recommendations against current experience and competitive best practices and identify areas of opportunity
• Act as a main point of contact for enhancements AME Ecommerce
