The Treasury Manager is responsible for all banking activities for Pandora America’s U.S., Canada, and Emerging Markets.  This includes ensuring adequate liquidity is available to the business, maintaining positive relationships with banks and financial institutions, and establishing and maintaining an efficient system of financial policies that adequately control treasury activities.  Further, the Treasury Manager is responsible for the execution of an effective vendor settlement process and the implementation / optimization of cash management solutions for the Americas. 

Essential Functions
- Responsible for all banking relationships, serving as single point of contact for the Americas 
- Maintain an efficient system of policies that adequately control treasury activities
- Responsible for the opening, closing, and modification of all bank accounts, maintaining signature authority, and processing and archiving of appropriate records
- Responsible for the execution of an efficient vendor settlement process, including:
- Ensure users have adequate access to online banking systems and effective communication with local banks 
- Execute approved vendor settlements
- Banking knowledge, e.g. local payment methods, currency restrictions, etc. 
- Drive process improvements/standardization for settling of payables/receivables, e.g. ensure AX/SKG setup being operational and operated efficiently
- Strategical ownership of the purchase-to-pay process
- Implement/optimize cash management solutions for Americas, including:
- KYC process with external banks 
- Review and/or negotiate contracts and documents received from external banks 
- Identify the cash management needs for the local markets, including change of bank, and implement accordingly
- Challenge and optimize current cash management structures 
- Prepare weekly cash flow forecasts and ensure adequate level of liquidity is available for subsidiaries 
- Ensure optimal merchant credit card schemes to minimize transaction costs and float days
- Responsible for corporate credit card programs
- Ensure that all bank activities are fully reconciled to accounting records
- Ad hoc financial analysis

Educational Background: BA/BS 

Field of Study: BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or Economics

Experience: Five years’ experience within an accounting / finance / cash management function of a large company. Alternatively, similar experience from an external bank.

Other Skills: Hands on, self-starting, disciplined, and detail-oriented individual with ability to work independently in a high-volume environment that requires a work product that is highly accurate and timely.

Licenses, Certifications, etc.: Certified Public Accountant and/or Certified Treasury Professional preferred

Travel Required: Minimal (no more than four weeks a year)
