Are you a structured and commercially driven project manager with superb communication skills? Do you have experience with working in a complex and everchanging environment? Will you approach stakeholder management with both professionalism and a can-do attitude?

The project manager will be responsible for driving projects across functional areas and markets in EMEA from project initiation to execution support and stakeholder management.
Key priority is roll-out of a new point of sales system to all markets in our EMEA region.
The project manager will be working with and supporting our markets with detailed planning, preparation and follow-up. This includes planning of roll-out dates, hyper care, training sessions etc.
The project manager will drive the development of a smooth roll-out process in close cooperation with IT and other business development team members.
The project manager will report to the Director of Business Development, EMEA and over time also drive other business development projects such as post-merger integrations, process optimisation and other business critical projects to drive revenue growth, optimising ways of working and/or driving operational efficiencies across our business.

  • Project management from project initiation, preparing project plans and execution, this includes development of an optimised roll-out process
  • Stakeholder management and communication which is key
  • Coordination of practicalities prior to and during roll-outs (gift cards, swipe cards etc.)
  • Capture feedback from markets and act as the key point of contact for markets on roll-out plans
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience ideally from a project manager and/or commercial role in retail or FMCG
  • Proven structured and hands on approach to project management and excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in a global organisation, understanding cultural differences across the EMEA region is a clear advantage
  • Plans projects and tasks well in advance including resources required, timeframes and possible changing circumstances. Monitors performance against deadlines and milestones. Manages time in an effective and efficient manner
  • Is focused on meeting the needs of markets and end users, setting high standards for quality, working in a systematic and methodical manner, consistently achieving project goals
  • Strong common sense, an eye for how to make things happen and a strong willingness to roll-up the sleeves and get things done
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, i.e. deliver structured, clear and simple messages
  • Ability to drive changes with energy across all organisational levels and functions
  • Ability to interact with, influence and build relationships with people on all levels of our organisation from sales personnel in our stores to management
  • Proactive, humble and ambitious attitude – and also a team player
  • Thrive in a dynamic, changing and fast-paced environment 
  • An understanding of what it means to work on a shop floor and run a retail business is preferred
  • The project manager must be fluent in English (oral and in writing), Danish is not a requirement however German, Italian or French language is an advantage
