The PANDORA Business Intelligence (BI) organisation is global with one team at Group level and BI teams in each of our 3 sales regions. In addition to this we have BI specialists in our EMEA Distribution Center in Hamburg and are now also looking for a BI Analyst to our EMEA Shared Service Center in Warsaw.


The BI Analyst is a new opening, and the role will report to the Manager of Process Excellence Team. The objective of this BI function is to support with BI and reporting needs of the Shared Service Centre organisation – and on ad hoc basis support the EMEA regional organisation.

Main responsibilities:

• Collect BI requirements.
• Design and develop automated tools, reports and dashboards.
• Analyze and present data.
• Train users in BI solutions.
• Support with ad hoc data and report needs by pulling data.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, integrity of data.
• Identify data quality issues, root causes and suggested actions to mitigate data quality issues.

Personal and professional requirements:

• A relevant bachelor or master degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the relevant areas.
• Strong technical skills, including knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, MS Power Point and good VBA skills.
• Experience with analysing data and creating reports with database query, e.g. SQL.
• Experience with BI tools, e.g. Qlikview.
• Knowledge of KPIs metrics and dashboards.
• Knowledge of Relational Database and Data Warehouse Architecture and concepts.
• Process and detail-oriented approach.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems (AX, Hyperion HFM & HP) is an advantage.
