PANDORA, TURKEY IS LOOKING FOR A SENIOR FINANCE
CONTROLLER FOR OUR OFFICE IN ISTANBUL.THE SENIOR FINANCE CONTROLLER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
ENSURING THE FULL COORDINATION IN BUDGETING, PLANNING, ANALYZING AND REPORTING
ON FINANCIAL ACTIVITIES FOR TURKEY IN ORDER TO PROVIDE TIMELY, RELEVANT AND
ACCURATE DATA ANALYSIS.

 

In this role you will be supporting the regional organization in the realization of the Pandora’s vision and achieving strategic goals and maintaining excellent communication streams with all the markets/departments/regional and global organization. You will be responsible for constantly challenging the figures of growth and profitability across the market and ensure the financial targets are met.

 

Main responsibilities:

Reporting:

  • Regularly monitor and analyze operational figures vs budget
  • Analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections
  • Business Intelligence
  • Create tools enabling flow of business information to the management and regional/global organization
  • Extract data from different sources and make analysis based on that
  • Build dashboards and manage KPIs’ tracking

Planning:

  • Participate in short term and long term planning process (budget, forecast and business plan)
  • Information Flow:
  • Coordinate the information flow, ensuring that appropriate information reaches proper people in time
  • Communicate the results of all channels (and all other information requested) to the management and regional/global organization

Sales Analyses:

  • Cooperate with all departments.
  • Support the planning and management of Sales/Margins/Costs/Capex (and other on request) plan
  • Analyze discrepancies (results versus budget and previous year).
  • Analyze Key Performance Indicators

 

Professional qualifications:

  • University degree in a relevant field
  • Approximately 5 years’ experience in a medium-level finance/controlling position within the Retail or FMCG field
  • Advanced mastery of Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Mastery of AX, HFM, HP, QlikView and Cube
  • Excellent knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles
  • Excellent knowledge of short and long term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and sales profitability analysis
  • Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Detail oriented without losing the big picture
