PANDORA’s Innovation and New Concepts department is looking for a analytically strong project management candidate to contribute to the delivery of the future
product offering of PANDORA.  

Job Description: 
As Consultant in Innovation and New Concepts you will manage the delivery of a number of assigned projects on a day-to-day basis, including coordination across stakeholder groups at all levels of the organization. You will develop and maintain business cases for all new jewelry concepts and support projects with business analysis to ensure effective decision making. 

You will play an important role in securing that our ways of working are continuously improved by contributing to prepare and deliver workshops focused on innovation process optimization. You will furthermore contribute to the preparation of executive management meetings to facilitate strategic decisions on the future product portfolio of PANDORA.

You will join a highly international team and work in a fast paced environment with top management exposure. You will deliver innovation projects with partners from across our value chain and contribute to continuous optimization of our ways of working in the innovation process.

Your areas of responsibility will range from conceptual thinking to project execution and business analysis.
Main responsibilities:
  • Contribute to scoping and planning of innovation projects.
  • Manage project delivery on assigned projects.
  • Build business cases for new jewelry concepts.
  • Provide business analysis to support decision making on projects.
  • Contribute to deliver optimization initiatives on the innovation process.
  • Contribute to develop decision material for executive management.

Additional information:
Job start: As soon as possible
Travel: Occasional travel to offices around the world including our manufacturing facilities in Bangkok, Thailand.
Professional qualifications:
  • Hold relevant Master’s degree or similar level of education (i.e. business, economics etc.) with strong academic track record.
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience delivering cross functional projects – Background in consulting or similar in-house project unit is an advantage.
  • Analytical mindset and strong numerical skills - structured and methodical problem solving approach and data analysis experience (strong Excel skills required).
  • Experience in preparing business cases. 
  • Good oral and written presentation and communication skills (Power Point proficiency required).
  • Ideal candidate has experience from working with or in FMCG / Retail / branded consumer goods industry. 
  • Speaks and writes English fluently.

The team:
The Innovation and New Concept team is a young and highly international department responsible for developing and delivering new innovative product concepts to support the future strategic ambitions of PANDORA. Innovation and New Concepts is anchored in PANDORA’s Group Product unit which also include Product Design and Product Management. The department deliver product innovation projects with stakeholders from across the global value chain and is closely linked to Group Marketing and the Technical Development and Research department at our Bangkok manufacturing facilities.
