The Global CRM Team in Pandora’s Global Marketing Department is looking for an experienced Global Loyalty Manager.

Job Description:  
The Global Loyalty Manager will be responsible for executing a long term strategy for consumer loyalty for improving consumer value and retention metrics as well as Life Time Value. The role is within the Global CRM team but will work cross functionally with Brand Marketing, IT, Digital Experience and our geographical regions to create and implement loyalty initiatives. 
The successful candidate will take the lead on implementing and delivering the global loyalty program across all channels, and will have a creative as well as strategic approach to this task. Being passionate about delivering the best experience for our consumers whilst also leveraging new technologies in order to drive loyalty and ultimately competitive advantage is key.

The ideal candidate must be commercially savvy with a strong understanding of consumer behaviour and able to use consumer analytics to develop and optimise engagement with consumers and drive commercial value. The candidate must be comfortable and excited by a fast moving and changing environment and be able to demonstrate an understanding of and previous experience in an international/global loyalty role. As a new role in the business it will be ideal for someone who is looking to develop a new function and make an immediate impact.

Main responsibilities:
The Global CRM team is part of the Pandora Global Marketing Department which has the overall responsibility for Pandora’s global marketing strategy. CRM is a key part of the strategy and is currently being developed and implemented all over the world. You will be a part of building the marketing future for Pandora as well and contributing to the business goals. The ideal candidate are:
  • Expected to develop, implement and maintain the Pandora Global loyalty program in order to secure consumer participation, value, engagement, experience, revenue and rewards.
  • Expected to conceptualize, develop, test, and secure the operations of various loyalty initiatives and pilots.
  • Expected to collaborate closely with the CRM- and Marketing team and also other business units.

Professional qualifications:
  • Relevant degree within marketing and/or business.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with loyalty and implementation of loyalty programs and initiatives.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with maintenance and ongoing development of a loyalty program.
  • Ability to think creatively as well as analytical. 
  • Ability to work in a global collaborative team environment.
  • Experience with project management and working in cross functional teams.
