Sales training

PANDORA offers extensive sales training to the 35,000 people engaged in selling our jewellery in around 7,700 points of sale around the world. Our training programmes are available to staff in both PANDORA owned and operated stores and stores run by our retail partners. 

Training content spans from PANDORA-specific knowledge, through jewellery and material understanding to professional psychology, skills and techniques. Our more than 50 highly skilled in-house trainers provide coaching and face-to-face training sessions, one-on-one coaching, classroom training sessions, large roadshow training events, launch events and webinars.




As a supplement to our face-to-face training, we have developed an interactive digital learning portal we call LINK, because it links PANDORA employees and partners to a range of learning and development opportunities. 

All PANDORA employees have access to LINK – a user-friendly portal containing numerous training courses that keep PANDORA's global team well-informed about our heritage, our culture and values, our CSR and ethics initiatives, our organisation, and not least our products. In 2016, a record 600,000 e-learning modules were completed globally.
