The Communications and Sustainability Director is an integral role to enact and drive Pandora’s communication and sustainability strategy in North America. Essential Functions:

  • Build relations to international and US business media, industry opinion leaders and secure relevant speaking opportunities collaborating closely with other members of our global media team
  • Take part in developing messages and concepts for leadership communications and employer branding
  • Contribute to global sustainability initiatives with e.g. trend analyses and engagement with authorities, NGOs and other stakeholders
  • Advice and support our North America leadership team in employee engagement and change management
  • Drive NAM communication efforts to support transformation utilizing best practices in change management
  • Plan and craft communication content about Pandora in North America for our internal channels
  • Drive employer branding campaigns in North America
  • Increase employee engagement overtime as measured by Pandora’s annual pulse check
  • Develop communications plans for key initiatives with milestones, KPIs, and budget

Something About You:

  • Master’s degree in either communications, journalism, business economics, or societal studies
  • 7+ yrs professional experience from corporate communications and media relations, including relations building to high-level media across business and dailies, crafting corporate messages for external and internal use, and orchestrating speaking opportunities
  • Understanding of the wider industry and sustainability agenda, and how this impacts corporates and brands
  • Experience from working in a global matrix organisation and capacity to contribute in globally networked projects
  • Experience with issues management, preferably from a consumer-oriented business
  • Experience from global organisation
  • Fluent in English. Strong writing skills
