Loss Prevention Field Specialist
Location: Baltimore, Maryland, US
As a Loss Prevention Field Specialist, you will support Pandora and assist the Loss Prevention (LP) team by managing the Inventory process / procedures. Additionally, you will manage the LP operational field audit program to ensure compliance to operational standards to drive operational excellence and preserve profitability. You will also train store managers on Key-Holder responsibilities, Inventory Control standards, Cash Office procedures, Protection Standards, Safety and Fraud trends.Lastly, you will provide analytics from the POS functions using Zellman / KWI platforms to assist with investigations / interviews.
Audits, Investigations & Reporting:
⦁ Manage DTIQ - LP audit program within your span of control - to understand the respective stores procedural compliance levels meet / exceed / fail audit standards.
⦁ Support the Field LP Team and Store teams through financial, POS Exception review. Utilizing Zellman, DTIQ, and KWI to Analyze data results and provide reporting to all partners.
⦁ Utilize the web applications, to determine underperforming trends and educate Field Partners on best practices to drive operational excellence. Influence these partners to prioritize underperforming standards to maximize profitability and minimize exposure.
⦁ Utilize Zellman / KWI POS Exception reporting to identify and issue cases and identify shrink and margin opportunities for improvement. Participate in investigations from detection through the interview process to investigative conclusion.
Training & Alarm Management:
⦁ Support the Field LP Team’s training strategy to store teams with Onboarding and Formal training including: Store managers, supervisors and associates promoted to managers on their role and responsibilities as Key Holders managing store assets, Inventory Control standards to maximize in-stock positions, Cash Office controls to mitigate losses and Fraud trends to minimize future losses.
⦁ Manage Alarm codes / permitting and fine processing for span of control
⦁ Manage inventory processes / procedures to include completing 2 full inventories twice a year, cycle count process, reconciliation of inventory results, and the recount process to ensure we meet our inventory goals.
Something About You:
- A minimum of 1-3 years of with LP or Inventory management experience
- Bachelor degree
- Strong leadership profile and excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to effectively plan and execute strategies
- Effective prioritizing and time management skills
- A high level of common sense and strong self-control
- Strong attention to detail

- Travel Required: up to 50%
