The Manager, Retail Standards and Operations will be responsabile for the execution of Group Retail Excellence strategies to elevate and enhance the customer experience whilst ensuring alignment of core store operating practices and compliance with standards

Essential Functions:

  • Implement Group Standard Operating Procedures to optimize the customer experience and safeguard the organization from key operational risks;
  • Responsible for the effective and timely implementation of all group initiatives;
  • Review Data analytics to identify and investigate issues in store, agreeing corrective actions to improved compliance and/ or performance;
  • Make regular visits to stores to understand key operations and opportunities;
  • Actively provide feedback to improve store operations and drive commercial metrics;
  • Champion a culture of Continuous Improvement and Change;
  • Understand industry standards and benchmarks and seek ideas to ensure Pandora is a market leader in service and standards;
  • Partner closely with Store Managers, Store teams, Training and Retail Excellence to identify Retaildevelopment needs and co create relevant material;
  • Ensure all Retail communications are shared timely and aligned with Group Communications strategy;
  • Support functions such as Loss Prevention and Health & Safety to drive in store compliance with legislation and adherence to Group Pandora standards;
  • Support VP, Retail and Senior Director, Retail Operations with ad-hoc requests to improve store performance.

Something About You:

  • Minimum 8 years of sales support experience or in-store experience
  • Retail or Wholesale industry experience preferred
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and mentor team members to complete projects to established standards and within required deadlines
  • Ability to lead broad cross-functional implementation of new processes
  • Ability to proactively and proficiently diagnose problems and identify solutions
  • Ability to make decisions and react quickly
  • Comfortable building reports and working with data, including understanding of retail KPI metrics
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Represent PANDORA brand positively, internally and externally
  • Effective collaboration and influencing skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Professional, personable, and flexible
  • Ability to remain calm and competent under pressure
