The Media Planning Analyst (TV, OLV & Digital Direct) is a critical role for the North America Marketing team. This individual is responsible for organizing all daily operations for TV, Online Video, and Digital Direct through planning, data extraction, budget management, overseeing ongoing optimizations, account monitoring, and assisting with strategic projects related to TV and Digital Direct media buying. This role will report to the Manager for Paid Media and support as a channel lead.

Essential Functions:

  • Monitor and optimize digital campaigns to performance goals
  • Provide insights on campaign and industry trends; present as needed
  • Create and interpret performance reports to provide relevant insights
  • Provide guidance and strategic direction for content needed to fuel these channels, plus  test and learn agenda (especially for OLV)
  • Ensure campaigns follow best practice guidelines
  • Drive test and learning matrix for both TV and Digital Direct, aligning to key KPI’s for NAM marketing team
  • Drive innovation and thought-leadership within their channels
  • Create raw data to produce performance reports, clearly illustrate the channels contributions to the business
  • Attend and contribute to weekly calls and meetings
  • Build strong relationships across Global leads and partner teams 
  • Manage day-to-day communications with agency as it relates to TV, OLV, and Digital Direct partnerships
  • Awareness, Unaided Awareness, and Consideration metrics through Kantar Campaign Analysis
  • Omni channel Sales & Roas
  • Media efficiency & effectiveness
  • Engagement performance across direct partners: VCR, CTR, CPC

Something About You:

  • A successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing
  • A successful candidate will have 3-5 years of a proven track record in managing digital marketing projects
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in highly matrixed organizations, often with competing priorities.
  • Familiarity with TV, Online Video, YouTube and Digital Direct media execution
  • Foundational knowledge of digital paid media a plus
  • Travel Required: 15 days/year
