The Talent Coordinator will support, coordinate, co-create and execute Talent Management activities for the North American (NAM) Cluster across both retail and office employee populations. The Talent Coordinator will work on a small team, reporting into the Director, Talent for the NAM cluster, and will support local and global products and solutions in the areas of Talent, Learning and Development, Learning Management System (LMS) administration and support, Capability Building, New Hire Orientation, Talent Reviews, Career Development and much more!

The Talent Coordinator will own the day-today-administration of Pandora’s Learning Management System (LMS), LINK, and will serve as the primary resource for all registered learners and various internal business partners with loading and maintaining learning resources. This role will assist in the co-creation of learning initiatives by influencing the design and development of capability building materials for both in-person and virtual audiences, and will facilitate/host various training and learning experiences such as New Hire Orientation for both corporate and retail employees. Relationship Building, organization, time management and execution will be key, as the Talent Coordinator will work across all levels of the organization to support and execute Talent initiatives that build employee capabilities and drive positive performance!

Essential Functions:

  • Provide ongoing support to Learning Management System (LMS) and serve as the LINK champion for the North American cluster
  • Troubleshoot and solve technical issues and/or learner experience challenges with a sense of urgency and stellar customer service
  • Monitor the Learning Management System Mailbox, answer questions and troubleshoot problems for users by phone and via email
  • Co-create, design and deliver onboarding and orientation programs for newly hired corporate and retail employees
  • Own communication and execution of local compliance trainings
  • Support and execute various initiatives that drive the NAM talent strategy which includes and is not limited to competency and capability building, leadership development, career conversations, developing high performing teams, succession planning, inclusion and diversity, and more!
  • Co-create and support local NAM Capability Building learning and development projects to enhance performance (i.e. People management, Talent Reviews, Leadership Development Programs, performance review, leadership, coaching, etc.) in virtual, in-person and E-learning formats.
  • Assist and provide input on initiatives to engage employees and increase the company culture based on values
  • Co-design multi-media learning materials for a broad range of learners including retail teams and employees in office locations.
  • Support and facilitate capability building activities for large conferences and events
  • Manage translations of Talent materials with outside vendor
  • Partner with wider HR team on strategic projects that impact talent and development processes and systems
  • Partner with retail training teams to share best practices and gain insight on capability gaps, and new developments and initiatives.
  • Actively cascade the North American (NAM) and global talent strategies to the North American (NAM) cluster
  • When needed, provide training completion summary reports to share completion metrics for learnings within the LMS.
  • Develop and revise LMS administration guidelines and procedures
  • Additional projects and responsibilities as needed

 

Something About You:

Professional Competencies

  • 0-3 years of experience or equivalent combination of experience and education working in a fast=paced environment while managing multiple projects.
  • Education and/or experience within various departments of Human Resources, including but not limited to Talent, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, HR Generalist or Business Partner support
  • Education and/or experience within various departments of Human Resources, including but not limited to Talent, Organizational Development, Learning & Development, HR Generalist or Business Partner support
  • Experience in retail is a plus
  • Education and/or experience designing, developing or facilitating learning and development training materials virtually, in-person and digitally
  • Training, Presenting, or public speaking experience
  • Experience creating or deploying training within a Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Project management experience
