Organising and structuring a complex program portfolio.
Working with the portfolio delivery teams, you will drive governance and ways of working to create digital value. Responsible for developing and maintaining plans to cover initiatives and work streams. You will be responsible for managing critical portfolio processes (risk, change, requirements definition, escalation, sign off etc.) and continuously align against parallel portfolios managed by your colleagues in the PMO.

Scaling through from initiative to portfolio level, in a complex global digital setup, this role requires significant agile know how and the ability to consult, advise, manage.

You will need the ability to implement best practice processes, ways of working and templates. Driving high-quality output at high pace, with excellent communication skills and strong experience in dealing with stakeholders. 


A bit about you
You will ideally have at least two years experience in an agile management office, working across large digital & technology transformation programs. Comfortable working in cross cultural teams and with an ability to simplify and steer teams towards commercial benefit. Experience of some of the following programs/workstreams would be a benefit: ERP, HRIS, Robotic Process Automation, e-Commerce platforms. Plus experience in at least one or more agile methodologies.
