Your role
In this newly established role, you will have the ability to support the GBU Moments Director and Brand Manager in executing short to midterm growth plans as well as building long-term innovation plans based on robust consumer qualifications projects. Additionally, you will be transversally leading all competitive & external insights for the Moments GBU team. 

Key responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of strong 360 marketing plans with a particular focus on key short to midterm initiatives
  • Support the team in the development and the orchestration of strong 360 cross-functional activation plans
  • Help with the monitoring of initiatives performance (performance tracking & assessment, post-mortem analysis…)
  • Support the team in designing and conducting strong consumer testing projects to gather robust insights that will inform future innovation plans 
  • Support the team in the preparation of key strategic meetings with top management
  • Lead competitive tracking, trend analysis & external insights for the rest of the GBU to fuel team’s creativity, help identify new innovation opportunities & better inform initiatives briefs

What is needed to succeed

  • At least 2-3 years of best-in-class marketing experience from similar roles, managing a product category  
  • Experience from global / strong regional environments within the fashion, retail or FMCG industries. Experience from HQ-based roles is considered an advantage 
  • Brand and Marketing Toolbox  – brand passionate with a solid marketing toolbox 
  • Consumer centricity  – strong appetite on consumer insights, brand building and innovation 
  • Business acumen – a mix of commercial and marketing mindset in a direct-to-consumer first environment  
  • Stakeholder Management –Excellent relationships skills & multicultural management. Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and functions within an organization 
  • Postgraduate diploma in a relevant field (Business Administration, Marketing or Economics) 
  • Experience with managing cross-functional projects is a plus
