Engineering Manager, Marketing Technology
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark
Leading a team of software engineers in an agile environment for Pandora’s Martech and retail domains.
Building great agile engineering teams.
The teams involved are driving development, scaling and optimisation activities across Pandora’s consumer touchpoints, by creating scalable WebApps. The team is populated with highly skilled talent, focused on agile product development.
Tasks will include defining evolving coding and testing frameworks and languages, for both inhouse and third-party developers, and developing internally published APIs to enable other business areas in Pandora to write to and from the local ecosystem. Together with our Solution architects, you will ensure security and privacy standards are complied with.
A bit about you
Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience of leading engineering teams in a SAFE agile framework, architecting and building software products from pre-launch through maturity. Knowledge within MarTech and Retail domains is highly preferable. You will have a passion for creating innovative digital products that really deliver business value.
