Be a trusted source of analytics for our C-suite
The Group FP&A function has ownership of managing and steering the financial performance of Pandora. The function plays a vital role in defining and enforcing the global performance management framework and policies across Global Finance and within the business – including being the driver of planning, budgeting and forecasting, defining KPIs and management reporting towards CFO and CEO. The function is therefore key to Pandora’s ability to provide the right guidance on expected future performance to the capital markets.

As our new FP&A Manager, you will be key in establishing analytical insights for our executive management, furthermore be part of driving parts of the finance transformation that the team is responsible for. Over the next 12 months in this role, you will be responsible for maturing our processes within our analytical insights towards our C-suite. To succeed, you need to be able to deliver the correct storyline via data analytics and information gathered based on strong relationships with our colleagues around the world.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analytical responsibility for our planning deliverables (forecast and budget)
    o Scenario modelling
    o Planning build-up

  • Co-responsibility for delivering forecasts and budgets

You will have the opportunity to travel up to 15 days a year to support our global organisation.

FP&A manager with strong financial background

People would describe you as structured finance professional, with a strategic and commercial mindset. You are enthusiastic about analytics and modelling, and can drive a global agenda. Further to this, you are a strong and effective communicator and are motivated by building “One Global Team”.

You most likely have a Master’s degree in Finance or a similar field, and have preferably worked in a global organisation within retail, fashion or the FMCG industry. 

We imagine that you have:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working within a similar role
  • Strong storytelling skills which enable you to provide and adapt the message to either c-suite or Board of Directors
  • Experience working with advanced planning models; it is an advantage if you have experience working with planning models outside finance
  • Strong understanding of modelling (Excel or preferably databases)
  • Flair for IT, with experience using EPM tools
  • Experience working with PowerBI is an advantage

Your new team
You will be a key member of the Planning & Budgeting, Group FP&A function. As a team, we have the analytical skillsets and value-chain insight needed to act as a on of the source of analytics for both the CEO and CFO as well as overseeing the Group’s financial performance and financial planning. You will report to the Director, Planning and Budgeting, Group FP&A.
