Manager, E2E Innovation Process

Large improvement projects and continuous optimizations
The E2E process drives all decisions and deliverables from initial vision and target-setting to the new product range and marketing activation meets the consumer. Hence, it contains a broad range of sub-processes. One of the major sub-processes is the product development track spanning from upstream innovation through product evolution to line extensions. All of it closely linked with interdependencies to the marketing campaign development process and 360 campaign orchestration.
You will be part of a small ambitious team that is responsible for driving all timelines, milestone meetings, process governance and key leadership meetings that enables critical decision-making. You will have direct interface with the executive leadership team and be exposed to strategic topics as well as more tactical operational execution.
You will lead the improvement projects and be the key driver of the continuous development of the process. We value that status quo is being challenged and external best-practice is brought in to ensure we excel in execution across the value chain.
As part of this, some of your key responsibilities will be to:
- Take on 1-2 bigger improvement projects that drives simplification and agility; steered by the executive leadership team
- Drive the continuous optimization of the product development and go-to-market processes in order to shorten lead time and increase process robustness, transparency and scalability throughout entire value chain
- Gain outside-in best-practice to ensure our E2E Process is part of our competitive advantages
- Run implementation of new process solutions and ensure proper tracking and evaluation are in place
- Facilitate Change Management training and ensure that the disciplines are implemented
Experience with process management and optimisation
We are looking for you, if you have and can demonstrate:
- A master degree within Business, Engineering or similar
- Detailed knowledge and practical experiences with product development and go-to-market processes (min 5 years) or strong experience with process design and optimization as Management Consultant
- Experience with stakeholder management and change management
- Experience with process tracking software is a plus but not a requirement

Your communication skills are strong and you know how to clearly convey a complex message to all stakeholders. Adding to that, you are flexible, collaborative and you enjoy working with others while also being able to drive initiative through individually.
