We are looking for a dedicated Paid Social Specialist to help orchestrate our Paid Social across markets. Do you like to optimize performance and drive best practise on a global scale? And do you have a strong interest in digital media and new tech media? Then you might be the one we are looking for!

Improving our performance in paid social across our markets
As a specialist within Paid Social, you will connect our data and insights to what is going on in our markets, working with our teams in both Global and Markets as well as partners for tech, data, media and campaign execution. You will focus on improving our performance in paid social across our markets creating transparency and nursing the ability to optimize activities in real time. You will play an important part in facilitating best practise sharing between markets. You will be working closely together with our social content team, the other paid media channels, our dedicated agency teams and colleagues in markets across the world


Your areas of responsibilities
We aim at driving consumer growth by utilizing data in digital platforms, looking at the whole consumer journey in an omnichannel view, mastering best in class tools like CDP, AI and Machine learning. You will be responsible for bringing this to life in Paid social, mainly through tools like Smartly and Facebook business manager. We value that you understand how Paid Social plays its part in a wider strategy. You have deep platform knowledge as well as a holistic approach to digital marketing. Further to this, your responsibilities will be to:

  • Optimize paid social across markets by working with global/local agencies and digital Pandora market leads
  • Help deliver on efficiency targets 
  • Monitor and prepare recommendations by delivering guidelines for our markets
  • Maintain a current knowledge of social media, tech innovations, and disruptions globally
  • Improve customer prospecting as well as the experience for known consumers
  • Support a systematic testing approach in social channels to measure incremental sales of both channels and tactics
  • Ensure that Paid Social delivers on its role in the marketing mix of Pandora

You might be the person we are looking for if you love to work with numbers and transforming data into actions. Being a true team player, you are able to partner with internal and external teams and be flexible to variable team dynamics and cultures. You have a high attention to details and the ability to work organised as well as process and solution oriented. You have in-depth platform experience and can confidently make recommendations on tracking possibilities, audiences/segmentation, measurement methodology and other platform specifics.


What is needed to succeed

We imagine that you have at least a Bachelor degree within a relevant field. Adding to that, you also have experience from working in an international environment and you speak and write English fluently. Furthermore, we envision that you have and can demonstrate:

  • Minimum 3 years of (preferably) agency/consultant experience with exposure to global clients
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience with data driven marketing and digital media
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with social media
  • Proven experience in paid social (FB business manager)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and strong experience presenting to groups with different backgrounds (marketing function and internationally diverse market teams)
  • Success in previous job where stakeholder management was required
