After several years of growth, we are taking steps to ensure future processes excellence in our Payroll function. We are looking for a Payroll Specialist to play a key role in executing Payroll as well as improving our current processes.

Process development, -improvement and -maintenance
In this role, you will both be a playing a key role in improving our existing processes as well as performing our daily payroll department operations. You will manage the workflow to ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely and also improve our payroll process and quality for Denmark end-to-end. 

Some of your key responsibilities will be to: 

  • Maintain process description and improve process controls
  • Process new employees, changes and resignations by entering employee information and payroll data into the system
  • Answer employees' questions and concerns regarding payroll
  • Investigate and resolving payroll discrepancies
  • Maintain and updating payroll records
  • Perform payroll accounting in AX
  • Manage taxes, employer's social security and other reporting with SKAT
  • Enroll employees in pension/health benefits system
  • Company e-boks responsible

Team player with the ability to understand and develop payroll processes 
The ability to understand payroll processes and systems is key to succeed in this role. Adding to that, we also envision that you have a strong attention to detail and a strong self-drive with a motivation to be part of the team. Your math and communication skills are good and you have the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. 

Furthermore, we hope to see that you have: 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with payroll processes 
  • A degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred 
  • Experience with Lessor or similar payroll system
  • Previous experience from a payroll department as well as knowledge of payroll software
