Product Manager, Retail Technology (EMEA)

Passionate about product management, driven by delivery?
You will have ownership of the Product Backlog for the EMEA Retail Technology development team, with a focus on POS and other store technologies. The times and the tech are changing quite dramatically, you should enjoy thriving in an environment where you are expected to contribute, lead, problem solve and deliver. You will need to holistically manage the product management process from strategy creation, product planning and build, to launch and optimization – coordinating with stakeholders, UX and technology throughout that lifecycle.
A bit about you
- Experience and passion for the relevant product area (especially MPOS).
- A deep understanding of the retail customer
- 3-5 years’ experience in product management, demonstrating successful development and delivery of product strategies, roadmaps through to product launch and optimisation
- Experience of and passion for retail
- Experience of owning digital products with multiple stakeholders and complex, competing priorities
Your new team
You will be part of a multi-disciplinary Squad (c. 10 people), within one of Pandora’s product teams. You will, collectively with the team, own the development of product features, ensuring that the development team are working on the items that will deliver the most significant customer and business value. At Pandora, the Product Manager will also support the creation and maintenance of longer-term product artefacts, including the product roadmap.
