Student Assistant, Global Functions Finance
Location: Copenhagen, Denmark

We are looking for a student assistant with a passion for people and accounting who would like to join a Finance team where he/she can gain close insights mainly into the Digital and Technology area.
You will support us with our daily tasks e.g. month-end closing process, support driving transparency in the cost base, conduct reporting, support project managers and the PMO including facilitation of presentations.
For this role you should currently be studying for your Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar – ideally with 2 years before you graduate.
- Support project managers in connection with reporting of monthly project financials
- Educate and train project managers in using BI tools
- Controlling in connection to month-end closing
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reports
- Develop and improve internal tools and processes
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Pro-active personality
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Time management skills
- Microsoft Office
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with BI tools such as Qlikview or PowerBI considered a plus
- Experience with HFM considered as a plus
- Fluent in English – verbally and written
The purpose of the Global Functions Finance is to impact business performance through collaboration and by constructively challenging the organization across all levels. The team is forward looking and creates value by improving the quality of decisions, which are made through insights and challenge. Global Functions Finance works closely with Digital & Technology, Marketing and HR driving global priorities and supporting the strategic roadmap.
You will be part of an exciting team of finance business partners and work in an international hub of can-do spirited, passionate and performance-driven people. We are a busy department in which people work closely together, help each other out and like to have fun.
We are looking for someone to join us as soon as possible and the position is expected to be approx. 15 – 20 hours on a weekly basis.
