Student Assistant, Global Talent Acquisition

Build world class talent acquisition
In Global Talent Acquisition, we aim to raise the bar on how we attract world class talent to Pandora across all our six global career bands. We are an international team of 8 professionals who likes to have fun, and we have an informal tone and a flat structure. You’ll report to one of the Global Recruitment Managers but work closely with and receive guidance from all members of the team on a day-to-day basis.
As Student Assistant, you will get exposure to both operational, tactical and strategic work, and you’ll support the team on building recruitment and search strategies to build strong talent pipelines.
Your main tasks will be to:
- Perform research on LinkedIn to identify top talent globally
- Map industries and companies to better understand the business landscape
- Write compelling job adverts with good storytelling
- Screen CVs and applications, and present shortlists
- Book interviews and set up assessments
This is a unique opportunity for the student who’s looking to build a career within HR, Talent Acquisition and/or Search & Selection.
This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark and your working hours will be around 20 hours per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required).
Proactive, with a positive mind set
You might be the person we are looking for if you are a humble and enthusiastic team player currently or about to be studying for your Master’s Degree – ideally with 2 years before you graduate. You are proactive, hungry and a proven high performer; either through your studies, extracurricular activities, or previous work experience. You are to work independently and not afraid of taking ownership and initiative. And you are eager to work for the best jewellery brand in the world!
Adding to the above, we hope to see that you are:
- Studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree within business administration, economics, strategy, HRM, People & Organisation, Business Development or similar
- Genuinely interested in HR and Talent Acquisition
- Bringing strong business acumen and commercial understanding/interest
- Excellent with English communication
- Good at creating solid and clear presentations in PowerPoint, and good with Excel
- Analytical and possess a high level of “common sense”-thinking
- Great with people and knows how to manage stakeholders across all levels in a global organization like Pandora
