The critical operational link
As Supply Planner, you have the overall responsibility for efficiently managing inventory of our jewellery products at the distribution centers and high service levels to stores and partners in the markets, as well as Pandora E-com distribution. You will be responsible for handling the overall order management process towards our factories in Thailand. The role represents the critical operational link between global supply and tactical planning, Pandora’s production sites in Thailand, operations and markets supplied out of the distribution centers. Additionally, in this role you will be:

  • Responsible for order management and addressing day to day executional tasks
  • Collaborating with the S&OP team on weekly planning and order placement cycles, including carrying out plan validation

  • Monitoring delivery status from production in Thailand
  • Monitoring critical KPIs (fill-rate and backorder) out of the distribution center, and support for root causing for performance development
  • Responsible for an efficient and proactive approach to operational execution
  • Accountable for item master data and system setup maintenance through the full PLC
  • Setup and maintenance of Safety Stock targets across all items at a specific DC
  • Managing many stakeholders and providing relevant information across the value chain

As the role includes management of a large group of global stakeholders, we see that you are experienced in global stakeholder management and have experience working in an international organization. Furthermore, the following competencies are desirable in this role:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within Supply Chain Management, Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, Management Engineering or similar
  • +3 years of experience within planning, processes, supply planning, merchandising or supply chain development
  • Experience with advanced planning systems e.g. AX Dynamcs and Logility or other similar application ownership
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage large sets of data and present results in a simple manner
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic and ever changing environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • APIC Certification and experience in Project Management (this is a plus)


Your new team
This role reports to the Direction of Supply Planning & Planning Excellence.

You will be a part of the ‘Supply Planning and Planning Excellence’ team consisting of ten people. We are responsible for the operational planning of our value chain from our DCs to the production in Thailand and for the continuous development and ownership of our planning processes and tools. We work closely together, help each other out and appreciate an informal and humorous tone. We are a part of Global Operations, which also consists of S&OP, POSM and the Process Excellence team, as well as regional operations teams across the globe.
