Pandora is currently seeking an ambitious and motivated talent and capabilities specialist for our global talent team in Copenhagen.

The Talent and Capability Specialist is essential to Pandora and will center on focusing in three core areas. 
This role will support LMS/Learning Solutions, Talent, and Inclusion & Diversity & Capabilities efforts and will have a large amount of exposure throughout various functions in the organization and will demand a self-driven can-do mindset. The ideal candidate will have experience across multiple business functions.

Main responsibilities (but not limited to)

LMS/Learning Support:

  • Provide expertise regarding Learning Management System capabilities and limitations to maximize the use of the platform across Pandora.
  • Provide consultation, training and support to regional and cluster LMS Administrators so they can create and manage their own user data, content, download reports, resolve issues and maximize the use of the platform.
  • Collaborate with Pandora’s IT, HCM, and Shared Service Centre to develop and maintain the global Learning Management System, applications and data to ensure the platform provides a successful user experience.
  • Partner with learning content developers to create, test, launch and provide content.
  • Assist in the structuring and implementation of new career pathing via LinkedIn learning/ E-Learning that centers around Pandora’s core values       (We Care, We Dare, We Dream, We Deliver) and how it relates to building critical capabilities and succession.


  • Provide coordination and support across all strategic talent projects as needed.
  • Create and manage internal reporting 
  • Support Talent Leaders, Managers, and HRD as needed.
  • Co-Create career pathing centered around critical capabilities and talent growth.

Inclusion & Diversity & Capabilities:

  • Support in the execution of all I&D programs and strategies.
  • Critical Capability building for our global populations to include Global, Retail, and Production.
  • Assist in vendor management for external contractors.
  • Support in reporting, power point presentations, company reporting for VP, ELT, and SLT updates.

Required experience

  • A Bachelors or Master’s degree in HR, Learning & Development and Talent Management
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a similar within a large global business
  • Experience with LMS Platforms, LMS Design, and Electronic Project Management
