In this role you will become part of Pandora’s exciting growth journey with great opportunities for self-development. You will be a key player to ensure our stores are experiencing the best delivery service through our global carrier network. You will be part of an extraordinary team in an environment of trust, high performance and freedom to operate. Your ability to navigate in an international, fast-paced environment is essential, and strong stakeholder management skills is vital to succeed in this role.


  • Coordinate and control current transport processes for our stores and partners
  • Engage in close co-operation with our global carriers
  • Daily dialogue with our customer relations team
  • Gather, analyze & present relevant KPIs
  • Preparation of forecast for our 3PLs
  • Preparation of the annual freight budget for relevant deliveries across the region
  • Ad-hoc analyses and projects related to logistics
  • In cooperation with the team develop our transportation areas to the next level
  • Support and eventually lead contract negotiations with carriers
  • Preparation and participation in Quarterly Business Reviews with carriers
  • Invoice verification and clarification of invoice differences
  • Constantly ensuring a high quality standard
  • Support our sustainability agenda in our transportation area



  • A team player who is a curious fast-learner and finds energy in helping others
  • Several years of experience from working with logistics
  • Experience with retail and/or wholesale operations in the FMCG industry or freight forwarding
  • Experience with carrier coordination and dialogue
  • Quick thinking, proactive mind-set with an eye for defining improvement areas
  • Strong analytical mindset with a spike in numerical reasoning
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel & PowerPoint
  • Any experience with Microsoft Power BI is an advantage but not a must
