Pandora Italia is looking for a talented Media Specialist with a consolidated experience in offline media


Define and execute paid local media planning with specific focus on offline media and overall budget tracking



            In collaboration with the Paid and Owned Media Manager, the role is responsible for the definition of media plans for all campaigns

            Provide critical insights and in-depth analysis to sustain and back-up the strategic direction behind the overall media planning

            Manage the execution of the media plans with specific focus on offline media

            Closely collaborate with the digital media specialist for checking how digital planning fits into the overall media planning and the overall budget

            Provide critical insight on media campaign reports to the Paid and Owned Media Manager and suggest corrective actions when needed

            Create detailed media briefs for the media agency, in line with the global campaign media strategy

            Manage media agency relationship: briefings, audits with global partner Media Path and Global Procurement, evaluation of media agency performance, implementation of media dashboards for real time optimization of digital media spend

            Proactively provide the latest updates on media landscape challenging the media agency for timely follow-up

            Closely collaborate with the Go-To -Market Team by sharing plans in order to brief them on the adaptation/creation of all needed adv layouts

            Responsible for all the invoicing process of media spend (offline and online)

            Responsible for monthly full media budget tracking  and actualization, digital media included

            Cascade information and support cluster markets in order to align the strategic approach for each media campaign planning




            5+ years of solid experience working within Media within global organizations

            Experience from Retail, Fashion or FMCG industry

            Fluent in English – verbally and written




            Excellent organizational and planning skills, ability to deal with situations where multitasking is frequently required

            Ability to prioritize and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment, meeting work deadlines effectively

            Strong commercial mindset

            Strong communicator

            Good understanding of both branding and performance marketing

            Good analytical skills


            Self Aware

            Customer focus, setting high standards for quality
