Junior Regional Sales Manager - maternity leave cover (m/v/x)

Pandora is currently looking for a junior regional sales manager who will be responsible for revenue and profit of her Concept Stores and her Wholesale Accounts in the Netherlands. We are looking for an enthusiastic proactive person who can inspire and who enjoys leading teams to achieve great results. The ideal date for the candidate to start would be July/August.
What does the role involve?
Every day is different at Pandora, however your key responsibilities will include leading and coaching our store managers and wholesale clients, analysing sales and drive achievement of KPI’s through proper training and development, have a strong relationship management, a good eye for visual merchandising, being an ambassador for Pandora through expert customer service and driving retail operations excellence.
