Leading greenfield RPA, from vision to delivery
As the RPA Architect at PANDORA you will driving the architecture and design of scalable and robust automation technologies. Together with a high-performing team that is actively driving PANDORA towards its mission to simplify and automate processes.
You will do hands-on solution design, working with the product team to architect appropriate solutions for PANDORA´s business needs as well as hands-on coding where senior-level expertise is required.
This role will provide the internal team and system integrator partners with leadership around PANDORA’s automation solutions as well as industry best practice within our RPA technology stack.

This is a brand new team being created, as part of a global digital transformation, that can be both exciting and daunting at the same time. You will need to be comfortable with being a self-starter, have strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills. Adaptable and change-resilient, working well in a dynamic fast-paced global environment, accepting new ideas and initiatives and making positive use of opportunities presented. Adept at working in scalable agile teams, comfortable with complexity, ambiguity and first class project skills will be important for success in this role.
Skills and experience:
- 5+ years professional experience in Robotics Process Automation in combination with Workflow Automation (BPMS) and CI/CD tools.
- 7+ years of hands on programming experience in C#, Java, Python, VB Script, JS
- 3+ years of experience in designing and shipping highly robust, available, and scalable distributed systems in the cloud and/or cloud native environments
