We are searching for Interim Regional Sales Manager. Location: West of Poland (woj. Wielkopolskie, Zachodnio-pomorskie, Lubuskie, Dolnośląskie). Fixed-term contract for about 1.5 years.

As Regional Sales Manager your mail role will be to develop sales results in the subordinate region.

Main responsibilities:

• Oversee the sales activities of the organization’s products/services.
• Submitting reports in accordance with the established standards.
• Training and motivating managed employees.
• Daily communication with the stores.
• Providing sales support and coaching stores in order to get the best Mystery Shopping results.
• Setting action plans to increase the sales and keep the standards.
• Participating in the interviews and recruit process of employees.

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience on similar position preferably in retail, fashion or FMCG with strong commercial mindset and customer focus.
Leadership skills.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally & geographically.
Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities.
• Ability to perform under pressure, organize and prioritize workload to meet deadline.
• Very good command of English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Driving license and willingness to travel.
• Advanced MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel) skills.
