Pandora is looking for a passionate Marketplace Specialist who works as a part of the turkish team.


In this newly established role, you will be defining the onsite trading strategy for Pandora Turkey. Working closely with local, cluster and central teams, the Marketplace Specialist will provide insight and onsite analysis for the whole business, driving online business growth and enhancing our online customer experience.



Manage day to day trading of the marketplace from content to commerce; reviewing analytics; identifying opportunities to drive conversion and sales, including optimisation of promotions and key activities in the campaign calendar.

  • Analyze partner in terms of development potential, profitability, sales revenues and develop and implement the necessary plans of actions, look for new partners in case.

  • Analyze the results of the sales in depth to jointly develop new ways to optimize the performance of the accounts.

  • Lead, manage and maintain onsite reporting to include search, sorting, category and product reports in order to feedback in weekly sales meetings with a clear action plan for the week ahead.

  • Lead the stakeholder, driving core insights from the data that drive fundamental improvements to the site experience.

  • Identify market trends, growth and trade opportunities.

  • Keep up to date on key platform releases and opportunities, identifying potential and using data to drive proposed development changes onsite.

  • Post promotion or campaign launch, present key findings of reports, including actionable insights, including campaign and promotion performance to feed into marketing strategies.

  • Manage the onsite content plan and strategy with a clear understanding of behavior

  • Managing the stock and relatedly taking actions.

  • Managing Customer Relation side and taking actions.

  • Investigate/manage look into potential opportunities,

  • Managing legal constraints and coming up with solutions.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, and communicate with internal and external parties, while meeting tight deadlines from legal to finance and 3rd parties

  • Conduct financial analysis of business opportunities to meet goals

  • Follows up and realize sales and margin results in line with targets

  • Leading the marketing & category &sales support & agile teams.

  • Tracking KPIs to ensure that the organization moves towards the right direction



  • 5-6 years of experience in one or more roles in an online/e-Commerce or online support environments

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a data analytical or trading/merchandising role

  • Commercially focused in driving sales online

  • Pro-active and results orientated

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong e-Commerce experience and  a strategic thinker with good decision-making and time-management skills.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into commercial actionable plans and Stakeholder Management –Excellent relationships skills & multicultural management. Ability to interact with multiple stakeholders and functions within an organization 

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Experience of analyzing data and large data volumes on excel/analytics tools.

  • Knowledge and application of best practice customer insight principles

  • Track record of identifying growth opportunities for the business from data analysis

  • Postgraduate diploma in a relevant field (Business Administration, Marketing or Economics) 

  • Proficiency in English

  • Consumer centricity  – strong appetite on consumer insights, brand building and innovation 

  • Business acumen – a mix of commercial and marketing mindset in a direct-to-consumer first environment
