Pandora are searching for an organised, enthusiastic and conscientious Sales Training Assistant to join their fast-paced, forward thinking and results-driven Sales Training team. The assistant will support the UK & Ireland sales training team with all aspects of their function. This includes full management of the Pandora e-learning system, supporting with training content and assisting with the coordination of prestigious Pandora events.

The Sales Training Team provide our store teams with second-to-none sales and product training.  This person will be true Pandora ambassador, and must have a genuine affinity with retail and the shop floor environment.  This team directly drive our sales revenue and customer satisfaction levels, so an interest for retail is important. If you love our brand and product, this is a big plus! We are looking for candidates with previous experience in a head office retail or product position.  You might be a retail administrator looking to explore sales training, or a merchandising assistant who is looking to broaden their experience in retail. If you have experience in co-ordinating events this preferable. 

The wider team is made up of the Cluster Sales Training Manager (line manager for this role) and two regional Sales Trainers.

Managing Pandora's e-learning platform (LINK)
Undertake all day to day LINK administrative duties for a population of around 1,500 employees; this role is the super-user and key contact for all aspects of LINK for the market
Facilitate all LINK training sessions across the market
Provide reports to the wider business, when needed
Liaise with Pandora Global for any issues
Review modules and communicate launch dates to store population
Set up new starters on LINK for the UK Head Office. 

Events 
Support in organisation and event management of training and learning sessions such as the annual Manager’s Conference and twice yearly Product Roadshows and Sell In.  
Liaise with hotels regarding any bookings
Send out and prepare invites, create all training content and tools
Manage guest list and other administrative duties needed. 
Support the Retail Operations team 

Day-to-day administrative support 
Adjust and expand on training content received from Global to best suit the market, for every product collection launch (10 drops a year)
Collaborate with the training team to create and design training tools for the stores with the goal of increasing sales
Come up with new idea for creating engaging training content with the team to be used in store
Manage the administrative duties for any global training courses being rolled out to the market
Support in the creation of presentations for meetings and events
Support training team with all other reasonable administrative tasks
Liaise with other departments on cross-function projects

Write weekly communications to inform stores of training related updates or news
