Pandora South Africa is looking for an experienced Sales Support Specialist who will form part of the Head Office Team based in Johannesburg, with an active role in supporting the stores, partners, and the sales field team.


The Sales Support Specialist supports stores, partners, and the sales field team within the assigned area. He/she manages incoming calls, calendars, store locators, data base and user lists and coordinates the organization of meetings, assuring back office and ad hoc support when needed. He/she is involved in the new openings/upgrade/refit/closure of projects and offering support to the related teams.      



        Manage and maintain sales databases and records

        Support meetings organization and the preparation of ad hoc presentations

        Prepare contest presentations, update the related calendar and arrange the related prizes

        Prepare promotional instructions to be delivered aligned with the commercial


        Store locator regular maintenance on the website

        Coordinate sell-in campaigns

        Deliver newsletters, collecting and reviewing all the information from departments

        Manage openings/upgrades/refit/closures calendar and related meetings

        Prepare the general terms & conditions of sale for Partners

        Collect merchandising and POS orders

        Open and update pricing and stock on relevant systems

        Request furniture quotations/estimates for Partners

        Collect and archive openings/upgrades/refit/closures documents

        Support process with pending legal issues or not authorized clients

        Pick up the furniture and manage the correct disposal in relation to store closure

        Manage providers in terms of scouting, estimates, contracts, invoices, and credit notes check

        Monitor consumption and services for O&O stores

        Manage customer complaints and ensure correct escalation and resolution, including  

          preparing monthly reports of customer complaints

        Manage store repairs with relevant service provider to ensure cost effective service delivery

        Manage staff uniforms to ensure cost effective delivery of uniforms to retail staff

        Provide ad hoc support to Regional Sales Managers

        Assist the Country Manager where necessary in terms of Administrative or Reporting tasks

       Track each expenditure order to allocate costs accordingly

        Prepare daily sales report for regions reflecting target realization and KPI’s




         5+ years’ experience in a sales support position preferably within a Retail company


         Sound working knowledge of the company business, strategies, and practices


         Demonstrable project management expertise


         Strong analytical skills


         Detail oriented without losing the big picture





           Strong interpersonal and communication skills, those enable to work with people at all levels, motivate others and change people's attitudes when necessary

            Solid problem-solving, business acumen and negotiation skills

            Service and team oriented

            Initiative and ability to offer new ideas

            Fast learner, able to pick up company knowledge quickly and accurately, personal commitment to improving your own knowledge and skills

            Ability to share knowledge, confident talking and presenting in public, in an engaging and informative style

            Good time-keeping skills

            Good organizational and planning skills, ability to deal with situations where multitasking is frequently required
