The
Merchandise Franchise/Concept Planner will be responsible for supporting the
manager with product forecasting, planning and analysis initiatives at PANDORA.
Through detail analysis, this person will drive and support key business
decisions involving product mix and assortments, pricing and margin analysis,
and promotional planning/analysis. This person will develop a seamless relationship
with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure consistent
communication.

This challenging and highly visible position will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for Concept orders and inventory

  • Create an OTB by store and analyze inventory levels

  • Create easy to read/analyze reporting dashboards at total country & channel level

  • Provide on Weekly basis sales trends/KPI’s and drilling down to category, sku level

  • Promotional Concept planning and pricing at store level

  • Review Buys by season by TM to ensure sell in $ is met within the budget

  • Identify slow sellers and review action plan with the team

  • Work closely with marketing team to ensure Merch Team is aligned

  • Review and analyze all necessary reports by store

  • Establish assortment plans and communicate with partners RSM, TM and store managers

  • Create product assortments by retailer class; work with Merchandise Manager on new product launches, utilizing performance history, current trends and future product strategies.

  • Establish assortment plans for new and existing stores – develop opening order requirements to maximize inventory turns and grow sales.  Determine optimal inventory levels based on appropriate weeks-of-supply criteria for sales plan and current trend.               

  • Promotional Merchandise Calendar planning with RSM and Merchandise Manager– track performance of promotions and provide analysis to improve future promotions; work with supply chain to develop promotional sell-in quantities.

  • Own Estore allocation/buy and analysis

  • Monitor and maintain estore inventory, creating forecasts, manual orders & added replenishments when needed

  • Work closely and clearly with US Estore partners

  • Work with the Merchandise Team/Marketing team to create strategic plans, exit strategies and manage proper flow of core, seasonal and new items

  • Communicate to the team list of best sellers to sales team quarterly to drive sales opportunities.

  • Rank and Analyze all stores inventory by drilling down to style level by owner by region

  • Provide and complete all necessary tasks assigned within the department

  • Maintain ownership of Start Kit & Tower Forms, to be updated on each new collection launch

  • In partnership with the Marketing & VM team, develop bi-annual charm planogram for inventory trays

  • Ensure all forecast & promotional activity for all channels is communicated with Demand Planning team for accurate replenishment forecasts & inventory availability
