Bilingual Consumer Affairs Associate

The Consumer Affairs Associate is a member of operations team and is responsible for building brand loyalty through consumer satisfaction by providing valuable product and service information and resolving consumer product and service issues in a timely manner.

Essential Functions:
• Respond to inbound consumer inquiries and work with internal and external team members departments to resolve issues, i.e., determine the cause of the problem, research alternatives, select and explain the best solution to solve the problem, expedite correction or adjustment, coordinate with necessary departments, and follow-up to ensure resolution and satisfaction
• Record all inbound inquiries using internal tracking system and develop and analyze reports to identify recurring issues (problem stores, production concerns, etc.) 
• Gain a thorough knowledge of the full product assortment including current and retired items
• Identify opportunities for improving team efficiency and reducing response time
• Maintain a friendly, professional tone that is respectful Supporting and backing up other consumer affairs team members
• Perform other duties as assigned

Educational Background: HS/GED 

Experience: 1-3 yrs. (Equivalent combination of experience and education accepted.)

Job Specific: Minimum 2 years customer service experience

• Must enjoy varied responsibilities and fluctuating work pace

• Excellent problem-solving skills 

Computer Skills:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Language Skills: English and Spanish
