The Ecommerce Project Manager will have a specific focus on digital modernization and new business development projects. They will have responsibility for managing large-scale delivery activities at both the global and local level. The Ecommerce Project Manager will have responsibility from project initiation through effective implementation and operational support. The successful candidate will be support the regional (Americas) marketing team on website projects that get significant traffic and exposure and be regularly challenged to push their skills. Projects in the pipeline include initiatives across Omnichannel, B2B, CRM, Ecommerce Platforms, County Specific Projects and Marketing technologies.

Essential Functions:
• Work closely and collaboratively with global and local Digital Marketing/Ecommerce key stakeholders to define/maintain roadmap, prioritize activities, build business cases and ensure ongoing alignment
• Responsible for detailed project plans that include scope, workplan, timelines, risk, testing, and training
• Act as a main point of contact and escalation for Ecommerce, IT teams and business partners 
• Proactively escalate project risks and issues
• Report on regional eCommerce marketing team objectives and projects status 
• Use market research, consumer feedback and web analytics to uncover customer and business needs, discovering gaps, identifying best practices and new opportunities that deliver value to the business 
• Be highly organized and a strong communicator must have a passion and curiosity for the digital world and stay abreast of evolving technologies

Educational Background: BA/BS 

Field of Study: Business 

Experience: 1-3 yrs.

Personal Competencies:
• A strong marketing and technology background coupled with experience in making the right tradeoffs that balance the short and long term vision
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a challenging fast paced environment with tight deadlines 
• Demonstrated ability to anticipate, recognize and resolve issues independently
• Self-starter with a positive attitude  

Computer Skills:
• Solid knowledge of project management software, preferably JIRA or VSTS
• Experience working in Website Analytics, preferably Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
• Experience working in CMS tools 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Other Skills: Experience working in a global organization a plus 

Licenses, Certifications, etc.: PMP certification preferred but not required 

Travel Required: Approximately 10% - 20%
