Location: Thailand

Direct experience from sourcing Gemstone, Jewellery material with good understand to pricing, marketing and strong negotiation skill. Good skill to cost improvement decision for responsible category, Vendor selection and relationship management.


  • Develop and implement strategic direction for responsible category to maximize efficiencies and quality,
  • Develop and implement risk & mitigation activities to secure sustainable material /services flow and supply,
  • Develop suppliers to be “best in class”,
  • Conduct analysis and forecast on relevant data including risk & mitigation analysis, cost-scenarios analysis, pricing moment and trends for responsible category,
  • Bring in innovation and new technology from suppliers for adding value to the business,
  • Recommend, initiate and implement cost-improvement measures based-on analysis and forecast for continuous cost-improvement,
  • Conduct Tendering, Bidding for items/services with significant spending value and secure all stakeholders are involved and heard,
  • Participate in ongoing projects related to responsible category,
  • Be a contact window between internal and suppliers,
  • Participate jewelry fairs to update trends of material and expand sourcing networking.


  • Open for both Thai Nationality and Expat,
  • Graduated bachelor’s degree or above in Gemology, Supply chain/Procurement Management, Business Administration or related field,
  • Extensive experience in purchasing/sourcing Gemstone or material in Jewellery and related industry (Strongly preferable),
  • Direct experience from Jewellery or related industry as procurement and strategic sourcing and supplier development for direct material,
  • Experience in contract negotiations and supplier relationship management,
  • Fluent communication in English,
  • Strong leadership, analytical and communication skills,
  • Ability in generates new, innovative ideas to obtain breakthrough results.
