Be responsible for the oversight and management of employee relations issues, internal investigations, and prompt problem resolution by managing the investigative process for internal complaints of unfair treatment, penalty, and other high-risk employment issues under high volume issues and large number of employees

Responsibilities :

  • Comply company rule and regulations with Thai labour law. Labour Relattion Act B.E 2518
  • Conduct Company rule & regulations trading to all employee.
  • Solve employee dispute at labour court case
  • Develop, plan and implement the Labour Relation activities to ensure no labour cases.
  • Report, advise and manage labour cases.
  • Handle investigation, disciplinary actions and labour laws related matters
  • Develop channel/program and action for employee feedback, and activities
  • Handle community relationship program, CSR initiatives & implement global CSR policies

     Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, public administration or related to employee relations management with Strong knowledge in Thai labour law.
  • Professional experience in employee relation, union from multi-functional operations
  • Wide knowledge of best practices in the employee relations
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in ER Rule & Regulation in large manufacturing
  • Experience in deal with labour union and negotiation process
  • Experience in handle case investigation
  • Experience in labour union management with large company
  • Sound knowledge of Labor laws
  • Collaboration and organizing skills
  • Internal consulting skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • English-Thai proficiency for Policy and corporate document writing and editing.
  • Good attitude, Mature and Hand on person
