We are looking for a seasoned HR generalist to support the South East Asia retail HR services. The candidate will report directly into General Manager, SEA and have to be
comfortable with working on both operational and strategic assignments.

Talent Acquisitions

  • Explore, implement and master the recruitment system
  • Act as the focal point for office and store recruitment
  • Formulate corresponding recruitment action plan and handle end-to end process
  • Monitor the requirement process and ensure the right fit is placed in company
  • Explore the right recruitment channel to find the best candidates
  • Cooperate with regional TA team to execute global initiative

Compensation and Benefits

  • Collaborate with regional C&B team to ensure competitiveness of compensation and salary administration, such as job grading, annual salary review, retail commission scheme, insurance scheme, and performance bonus scheme
  • Partner with internal stakeholder to implement performance management cycle and initiatives

HR Operations

  • Act as the HR focal point for corporate & retail operations
  • Review the HR budget with General Manager and conduct regular variance analysis
  • Review HR policies and procedures, ensure they are properly implemented, complied with local laws and competitive in market
  • Monitor business process and secure the optimization of team’s resources and support the improvement of HR processes efficiency
  • Work closely with regional HR team to participate HR projects such as global HRIS (HCM) implementation for HR modules
  • Prepare and manage reports from HRIS System

Employee relations

  • Support global, regions and General Manager’s initiatives to facilitate employees’ communications, promote Company core values and cultivate cross team collaboration
  • Partner with General Manager & Retail Operation team to create and execute employee relation programs in order to maintain staff engagement and morale

Job Requirements: 

  • University graduate preferably in Business, HR or other related equivalent
  • Minimum 7 years’ solid HR generalist experience with at least 3 years from retail and/or premium FMCG industry is a must
  • Hands-on experience on HR operations and employee development planning
  • Knowledge of outsourcing business model of key HR processes
  • Good working knowledge of employment law is required
  • Highly motivated, can work independently and deliver results in high quality
  • Positive thinking, proactive and open-minded
  • Strong business acumen and have a flexible and result driven approach on managing challenges
  • Experienced in fast paced working culture and international business environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; confident communicator who can influence key stakeholders
  • Able to handle controversial matters with tact and diplomacy
  • A true team player who will go the extra mile and the can-do attitude
  • Good time management, able to multi-task and can work under high pressure
