The PANDORA EMEA Regional office supports our more than 65 countries in Europe, Middle East and Africa. We are looking for a Channel Support Coordinator to join our Travel Retail team.

The EMEA Travel Retail team is a part of the EMEA Retail Operations and Business Development department. The team supports and coordinates our Travel Retail business making the lives of our Travel Retail partners and regional sales teams easier, ensuring a profitable business for both PANDORA and our Travel Retail partners and stores within the Duty Free industry. The team act as business partner for selected airlines, Cruises and land based travel retail partners, and support them on contract management, goal setting and sales/campaign activations. Our main focus is to reduce complexity, ensuring Pandora is easy to do business with.

The  Travel Retail team takes pride in being proactive, leading by example and having fun while delivering high quality solutions on time. The team collaborates across many internal and external stakeholder, which require a strong team player with good communication skills and a can-do attitude.
The Channel Support Coordinator will be responsible for building, implementing and driving performance reporting and follow up and at the same time support our markets and partners on ad hoc enquiries and Customer Service task.
The Channel Support Coordinator must be operational, hands-on, have a strong focus on execution and making processes and tools work. Matching the requirements from markets and teams will require rolling up the sleeves and getting things done.
  • Monthly performance reporting – Airlines, Cruises and land based partners
  • QBR material preparation
  • Assortment and pricelist coordination
  • Day to day customer service requests
  • POSM assortment and campaign material coordination
  • Ad hoc support tasks

  • Relevant Master Degree or equivalent education
  • Thrive in a dynamic, changing and fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills – oral and writing
