PANDORA is looking for a dedicated Data Privacy Project Manager to support our privacy efforts and implementation of sustainable compliance solutions throughout our EMEA region.

The role is based at Pandoras global headquarter in Copenhagen and you will be reporting to our HR Director EMEA, whilst being the Data Privacy anchor across functions requiring close collaboration with all EMEA management team.

Job Description
In this role you will take the lead by project managing, implementing and sustaining GDPR/privacy efforts in EMEA markets by planning, coordinating and driving implementation in close collaboration with key stakeholders cross-functionally and in close collaboration with Legal and IT. 

You will be the single point of contact for the EMEA region on privacy/GDPR and you will get an opportunity to shape the future of your position.

Your area of responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain GDPR initiatives throughout the EMEA region in close collaboration with key stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of privacy roadmaps and plan how to execute
  • Project manage and assist with privacy related projects and tasks
  • Act as anchor point for the EMEA GDPR organization and point-of-contact on GDPR/privacy matters
  • Report directly to EMEA management on progress, risks and solutions
  • Ask the right questions in order to balance business needs with compliance requirements

What is needed to succeed:

You may bring a project manager or compliance background combined with a strong business understanding. Alternatively you are experienced with understanding complex requirements and transforming these into workable processes, tasks and projects.

We imagine you have great coordination skills, a natural sense of structure and you thrive with getting things done and that you further have:

  • A relevant degree or equivalent
  • Solid experience with project management and driving all phases of a project
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Good communication and presentation skills (English proficiency as a minimum)
  • The ability to convert ideas into action
  • Experience from working in a global organization, preferable within retail and/or e-commerce
  • Preferably experience with compliance/privacy or alternatively a strong interest in this

Additional information
You should be willing to travel approximately up to 10-20 days per year.
