Our HR, EMEA team in Copenhagen is looking for a new passionate Digital Learning Content Developer to help us design, develop and deliver impactful learning solutions for employees and managers throughout the EMEA region. Job Description:

Working in close collaboration with the Head of L&D EMEA, you will work on a number of L&D projects by designing innovative and engaging digital learning content for an international corporate audience. With a proactive and hands-on approach, you will design and create learning content and experiences in a variety of digital formats including e- and mobile learning, videos, webinars, virtual classroom design and digital performance support tools for workflow integrated learning.

The role requires that you can innovate, move quickly, not be constrained by how things “use to be” and that you are ambitious and passionate about learning.

 You will:

  •  Plan and execute roll out of initiatives – driving implementation through guidance, support tools and coaching
  • Develop best in class digital content and flow of learning experience
  • Proactively suggest, test and measure value of new tools and technologies to keep our approach and delivery relevant
  • Work on multiple learning elements for a number of internal projects at the same time
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts within and outside the company when designing, developing and rolling out learning solutions
  • When applicable, work in partnership with local HR teams and L&D resources across the countries to design and deliver train the trainers sessions
  • Develop learning content within the fields of management, leadership and personal development for an international audience - primarily corporate population and our sales managers

Other tasks:
As part of your first tasks, you will be involved in designing and developing the digital side of our new development programme for sales managers in EMEA. Additionally you will, together with the Head of L&D for EMEA, prioritise, plan and execute on learning needs defined by our colleagues in the EMEA markets.

As we will be re-focusing the way we drive learning in our region to better fit changes in our organisation and market expectations, you will also play a key role in building our team’s strengths and work processes. The emphasis being on fast to execution and agile creation, while always delivering high quality learning to our business.

Professional qualifications:
You have a deep interest in learning and keep your knowledge up to date by following the newest research and trends within L&D, digital content tools and supporting technologies. You are outgoing, professional and you enjoy working across functions with a variety of stakeholders.  

  • 3-5 years of experience working with digital learning, perhaps as a learning consultant, freelancer or from a learning position in an international organisation
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent within learning, instructional design, digital solutions, business psychology, adult education etc.
  • Demonstrated skills in a variety of industry standard learning technologies and tools, such as learning management systems, electronic instructional design tools, e-learning authoring tools, digital media graphics, audio editing, and video production tools
  • Proficiency with the following software/technologies preferred: Experienced user of Office 365 tools, Articulate 360 suite (Storyline and Rise), Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other software  needed for digital content creation
  • Work with everything from static assets to GIF animations and videos. Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript is a plus
  • Solid experience in delivering digital learning working on multiple learning projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
