Reporting to the Brand Manager Southern Europe, the Brand Communication Specialist is responsible for supporting the BM in assuring the correct expression of the brand, granting compliance to global brand DNA, vision and mission and strengthening the competitive position of the brand in the Italian market. 

 

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES/KEY TASKS

 

CREATIVE ASSETS

  • Responsible for a complete and knowledge and cascading of the global toolboxes provided for each campaign.
  • Support the BM in the local adaptation process of all communication campaign materials by briefing and coordinating the creative agencies involved and in close collaboration with Graphic Designer, Digital Spec, Social Media Spec in order to localize the campaign concept and to define master layouts.
  • Responsible for the adaptation and approval of all creative formats.
  • Be the point of reference for creatives and copy elaboration related to NL in close collaboration with CRM Manager SE.
  • Be the point of reference for the website (pandora.net) graphic layouts and copy adaptation in close collaboration with ecommerce team. Support the BM in all local content creations and related execution.

 

MARKETING CALENDAR

  • Support BM in managing and updating the campaign calendar keeping always in mind the different deadlines and assuring the right involvement of the other teams in the office (estore, trade etc..). 

BRAND ACTIVATION PROJECTS

  • Support the BM in the concept development of all local brand activation projects.
  • Be the point of contact for the involved agencies in all the phases of the project.
  • Elaborate brief for agencies tenders.
  • Be responsible for the development of the creative assets related to special brand activation (local and global) projects, granting alignment of the brand expression.
  • Together with BM ensure alignment with the different teams involved. 

ANALYSIS, REPORTING AND SUPPLIERS

  • Monitor and elaborate competitive analysis for campaigns and brand activation projects.
  • Support the BM in elaborating post campaign reports and special project evaluation.
  • Support BM in having complete ownership of the brand tracking report.
  • Be a trend seeker.
  • Manage the scouting process for creative agencies. Develop and maintain close relationship with them.

BUDGET TRACKING

  • Manage the yearly contract with the main creative agencies.
  • Cost registration for the area of responsibilities (creative agencies, special project…)

COMMUNICATION FLOW

  • Support the BM in ensuring proper communication flow towards the international headquarters: be aligned with the guidelines received by HQ and provide constant updated about local activities in terms of creatives.
  • Align different functions within the company that can be involved in the development of the projects related to the marketing activity.

KEY COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • University Degree
  • Excellent English knowledge
  • Mastery of MS Office (Word, Power Point, Excel).
  • Sound working knowledge of Retail field.
  • Ability in marketing activities development and implementation.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent ability to communicate.
  • Proactivity and curiosity, can-do attitude.
  • Ability to share knowledge.
  • Initiative and decision making.
  • Team-spirit.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for work and the product.
  • Critical approach to the creative evaluation of all communication layouts.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, ability to deal with situations where multitasking is frequently required.
  • Approximately 2-3 years’ experience in the same role, in an international retail/fast fashion/life-style/beauty organization.
